These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the EMBER pre-launch waitlist (together, the "Service"), operated by EMBER ("EMBER," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
By joining the waitlist or otherwise using this site, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to join the waitlist. By submitting the form, you represent that you meet this requirement.
EMBER is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not guarantee product availability, launch timing, final formulation, or pricing. "Priority access" means waitlist members get an ordering window and pricing information ahead of the general public — it's a head start, not a purchase or a reservation of stock. We may change the product, launch timeline, or waitlist process at any time before launch.
EMBER is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Statements about EMBER on this site describe performance and perception ("feel less stiff," "get back to training sooner," "supports recovery") and have not been evaluated by the FDA or an equivalent regulator. EMBER is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the full ingredient and allergen information once available and talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement — particularly if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.
The EMBER name, logo, and all site content — text, graphics, and design — are owned by EMBER or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, modify, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EMBER is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that these Terms can't override.
We may update these Terms as the product moves toward launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
